CIGL manages an SPV having two (2) hotel projects. CIGL completed the following:

★Formed an SPV Company

★A business proposal

★Project feasibility studies with Financial modelling, Cash flow projection, Projects investments appraisal, etc.

★Provided initial capital of US$700,000

★Executed project up to 33% completion

Project 1 has 40 bedrooms as follows:

 

  • 3 Master suites: 18 Master Bedrooms with parlour/living room

  • 2 Master suites; 3 Master Bedrooms with parlour/living room

  • 19 single rooms

Project 2 has 18 bedrooms as follows:

 

  • 1 Master Suite 6 Master Bedrooms with a parlour/living room

  • 1 Master Suite; 5 Master Bedrooms with a parlour/living room

  • 1 Master Suite; 5 Master Bedrooms with 2 livings rooms

  • 2 single rooms

AgriBusiness Finance

CIGL completed the following:

  • A business proposal
  • A feasibility study in Agribusiness Finance with financial modelling, cash flow projection, Project Investment Appraisal, etc.
  • Covered 73 farming communities with over 12,000 small-holder farmers and the farmer-based organizations (FBOs) in Ghana.
  • Trained 25 FBOs with over 5,000 farmers in Ghana.
