CIGL is committed to young graduates from TVET Institution and Technical Universities, women and youth-led enterprises in the TVET space, and young students, graduates from our general educational setting. The pillars for our programs include; holistic skill development in business management, experiential learning, cultivating creativity, networking and collaboration, local relevance, lifelong learning and economic impact.

Developing the capacity of these enterprises locally would ensure capacity for the economy to accommodate the obvious external shocks. Equip youth-led and women-led MSMEs with the competencies required to thrive in the modern economy.

Foster a culture of entrepreneurship in all communities of Ghana. This program initiative with our clients reflects a proactive approach to preparing enterprises and young graduates for the complex and dynamic business landscape.  

The benefits to our enterprises include enhancing their entrepreneurial skills aligns with broader economic goals, drive job creation, innovation, and economic growth.  As our young graduates enter various industries with robust entrepreneurial skills, they can contribute to the economic development of Ghana.

Cultivate behavioral development towards entrepreneurship.

CIGL has embarked on transformative journey to equip the youth with the tools and mindset required for entrepreneurial success.  This Mission of fostering entrepreneurship development is more than a mere educational initiative; it’s a pathway toward creating a generation of forward-thinking leaders poised to contribute meaningfully to Ghana’s economic growth and societal progress.

CIGL has seized the opportunity and redesigned its training curriculum with this emerging reality, committing to nurturing entrepreneurship within our communities.  Through progressive curriculum design and practical experiential learning, CIGL will provide young entrepreneurs, youth-led enterprises and graduates with academic knowledge, and also nurture the skills, mindset, and networks vital for thriving in the dynamic world of entrepreneurship.

The overarching strategy of our entrepreneurship program center around 4 key thematic areas:

a) Enhancing General Entrepreneurial Skills

b) Advancing Agricultural and Tourism Opportunities

c) Promoting Entrepreneurship Discussion Forums

d) Provide Access to Funding

Each phase will incorporate meticulously designed training modules, complemented by talk shows that will address the contemporary unemployment concerns in Ghana.

Evaluation of fundamental entrepreneurial skills will play a pivotal role across all business initiatives and activities.
